l.Permission for Mayor to sign associated documents for the transfer of surplus property legally described as Lots MK8 and MK9 of the Mickelson Trail; being portions of School Lots 23 and 24, M.S. 207 and Lots 1 and 2, Block 79, O.T. m.Permission for the mayor to sign an agreement with SDN to provide 100 Mbps internet fiber for Event Complex at a cost of $375.00 monthly. There is no cost for installation. (To be paid by Public Buildings budget.)
