Mark has worked in a variety of clinical settings and currently specializes in work focused on anxiety, depression, trauma, and developing a healthy sense of self. Mark uses a variety of techniques but overall takes a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to clients. He has significant training in trauma, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and other clinical areas.

Chelsea received her Master of Arts in Social Work from Salisbury University. She did her Master’s Program Field Placement at Community Behavioral Health where she provided individual therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children and adults.

Most recently, she worked with Coastal Hospice, providing emotional support to patients and their families surrounding grief and death/dying.

Ms. Kinhart has 15 years of nursing experience providing education and treatment of chronic illnesses to patients and their families, most recently at TidalHealth Medical Center. She strives to provide patient-centered behavioral health care in a stigma-free environment.

Mark Shaffer received his Master of Social Work from Marywood University, where he also received his Ph.D. in Human Development, with a concentration in Social Work.

Mark has worked in a variety of clinical settings and currently specializes in work focused on anxiety, depression, trauma, and developing a healthy sense of self. Mark uses a variety of techniques but overall takes a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to clients.
