@STARZ @Xfinity @Outlander_STARZ Call Comcast and they will help. It is happening in December. The agent went through all their programs and what’s involved. I plan to drop down a couple of tiers and get the Starz and HBO apps and save money.

@pcgamer ***** they already been doing it. i noticed this about a month ago. i was astounded when i received an email saying ive reached 75% of my data limit. i been with comcast for years, there was never a cap. they always charged based on speed. their stupid cellphone plans did this.

@Rueppongi I'm also sure that charging me for NBC Sports gold in July (something they were sunsetting), crediting me 3x, then charging me a second time for peaco*ck was all part of Comcast's master plan to help the consumer. All's well that ends well, more rugby = better.

@MattYocum @ATT No, had the same problem with Comcast only there service is a lot higher. So don’t think if you pay more you will get better customer service, their worse than ATT in my opinion!

While I’m in a ranty mood: @Xfinity - data caps during a pandemic for home internet are ****. They’re **** any time, but during a pandemic when we’re trying to stay safe and stay home? Could have easily lifted those.

@TeamPulte Our cable bill is behind 179.49, if there is anyway we can get help to pay it so my kids virtual schooling isn't interrupted, it would be a blessing! I just started working a new job and won't get paid until next Friday, Xfinity will not give us an extension ☹$ABoettcher16
